Oven Day - February 8

Okee dokee!  Saturday happened and my folks and my Uncle Jack and Aunt Nancy came to see progress and to help us get the oven installed once and for all!  Between my Pop, Uncle Jack, husband, and yours truly, plus a moving dolly, a deck chair and a couple of pieces of wood, we got that beast into the house, wired up, and installed.  And it didn't take us all day either, so then we went out to lunch!

We even had time to take naps yesterday!  Amazing!!!

So, we got to have supper at home last night that wasn't take out or delivery food and it was so, so good.  Paper plates, you betcha!  Disposable roasting pan?  Right on!  But it was still real, home cooked food and we didn't have to leave home to eat.  Happy!  Here are some action shots:
