Moving Would Have Been Easier - January 12 and 13

It really would have been easier to move.  That way, you pack (or better yet, someone packs for you), you load in truck, and you're done with that part.  Here we are packing, moving, and living right in the middle of it.  Which, in a teeny weeny house presents some challenges and some really good opportunities for trips to Goodwill.

Sunday and Monday were spent moving out of the Laundry Room and Living Room - and also preparing for Scope Creep #1 (see next post).  Wasn't a super fun weekend, work wise, and as I was trapped listening to a troubleshooting call for many hours on Sunday, it did make me focus on packing the Laundry room.

Before:  well, we forgot to take before pictures.  So here are before the laundry room was dismantled:

Good times!  So then Chris dismantled and it's all empty ready for ceiling to be done and cabinets to be installed.  Bye Bye awkward microwave shelf!

We also moved the piano (three times, so far) and most of the other furniture.  What didn't get moved is wrapped securely in plastic.  We'll be lounging in our game day Jaguars folding chairs for a while.  And so now we are ready for drywall!!!
